Access
The laser lithography facility is available to users from CSU and from outside institutions.
Cost
Initial consultations, including a test run, are free. If you have an idea and would like to discuss feasibility and possibly try out the writer, please contact us. Regular usage fees for the system will be kept as low as possible and will be collected to cover equipment maintenance and cleanroom supplies required for instrument access and use.
Cleanroom
This instrument is located inside a cleanroom. All users must observe posted cleanroom gowning protocol. Users wishing to take notes inside the cleanroom may use cleanroom paper (provided) or bring a cleanroom notebook. Regular paper is not permitted inside the cleanroom.
